Almost 50 Members and guests attended the IRWA Chapter 7 Fall Educational Seminar provided an outstanding opportunity for right of way and real estate professionals to gather on beautiful Mackinac Island for a day of learning, networking, and professional development.
This year's seminar featured a diverse lineup of speakers covering a wide range of topics important to today's industry. Attendees gained valuable insight into riparian rights, exploring the complexities of waterfront property ownership and access issues. The program also included a comprehensive real estate law update, providing participants with the latest information on legal developments, regulatory changes, and emerging issues affecting the profession.
Beyond the educational sessions, the unique setting of Mackinac Island offered an ideal backdrop for meaningful discussions and connections among colleagues from across the region. The seminar highlighted Chapter 7's ongoing commitment to delivering relevant, high-quality education while fostering collaboration among right of way professionals.
